How it Works

I work with leaders to create programs that support their teams to develop increased capacity, skills, and ownership that facilitate higher performance and better results.

Built on a foundation of adult learning methodologies, my approach integrates theory and application in order to give leaders the experience they need to effectively put new skills into practice.

While many of the core learning topics are similar across organizations, I am careful to ensure that the programs are connected to the most pressing challenges and opportunities your team and company is facing. We work with real content, real issues, and real situations happening in your organization, transforming each session into a practical learning lab.

These programs are designed for busy managers and executives, utilizing in-session material and focused micro-experiments outside of class to put the learnings to work. Additional materials, readings, and resources are available for those that want to go deeper, but are not required.

Past programs, which typically to run 4 - 6 weeks, have focused on areas like:

• Self as Leader—Developing presence and awareness as leadership tools. Learning to recognize and release habitual patterns, stay resourced under pressure, and increase the capacity for creative response.
• Leader as Coach—Building a coaching approach to leadership. Learning to develop others through powerful questions, deep listening, and genuine curiosity.
• Leading Through Change—Developing the capacity to navigate uncertainty, hold complexity, and support teams through transition.
• Building Team Culture—Understanding how culture forms, how to work with it intentionally, how to create conditions for trust and collaboration.
• Peer Coaching Circles—Teaching the foundational skills of peer coaching and the Circles methodology to build leadership capacity and ownership in growing organizations.

Why work with me?

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in executive leadership positions. I know what it’s like to work across silos, build trust, develop others, and lead a department while trying to create the best conditions possible for cohesive teams and meaningful results.

As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, I have extensive training in executive leadership and team development. Through my own executive experience and an MBA from Case Western University, I also have a strong understanding of what it takes to run a business. When designing leadership programs I utilize all of my training, education, and experience to create programs that are fun, impactful, and transformative.

Pricing varies depending on program length, number of participants, and seniority. Get in touch to discuss possibilities and pricing.

While credit cards can be accomodated, ACH is much preferred.
